On Sunday 23rd April P & A Wood opened its doors for the 1066 Classic Car Club who made a stop during their National Drive-It Day tour.
A varied and interesting mix of cars arrived from Austin Healeys to Jaguar E-Types with their dedicated owners out for many of their first Spring drive of 2017.
Following coffee, biscuits and a warm up in the canteen, the group toured the premises at their leisure whilst Georgina Wood and a team of three of the companys apprentices, Will Florey, Max Dempsey and Bailey Bilton helped answer questions and guide people.
By lunchtime the sun was shining and it was time for the club to move on but we were delighted to meet them all and hope that a visit to P & A Wood will be on the agenda again.
