Andrew Wood – Progress Report 2nd August 2010
We said we would keep you updated with Andy’s stroke recovery progress and are pleased to say he is doing well.
Just 7 weeks on, Andy is following an intense physiotherapy programme and working very hard at it – as you would expect. He is concentrating on getting himself well enough to come home which we hope is not too far off now.
He had an afternoon at home on Sunday 1st August, and in true Andy style wanted to check on the garden, the garage (and cars in it!) and the new hanger he is having built. Paul had gone to visit in his 1921 Peugeot Quadralette as he thought Andy would like to see it, but looking at it was not enough for Andy and so against all odds (and doctors orders) we got him in!
